11 Holy Grail Makeup Products That Are Worth The Money

Holy Grail Makeup: “Makeup you struggle to live without. The product you love most.” -Urban Dictionary

So, I buy a lot of makeup. It’s almost a problem but not bad enough for me to feel guilty about it yet. Will I ever feel guilty about it? ..Probably not! Although I love to try out the latest products, there are a few items that I always go back to. Those are my holy grail makeup products. I would like to point out that I’m not a beauty expert by any means, these are just the products that I love and will continue to repurchase. These products are not cheap but in my opinion, if you are going to splurge on a makeup product, let it be on one of these.

Face

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

I’ve gone through so many of these I can’t even count. I have tried Tarte Shape Tape, Too Faced Born This Way, Urban Decay Naked Skin and a few other fan favorites and none of them can match the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer for me. I will probably buy this forever. The color I use is Vanilla.

LancÔme Teint Idole Ultra Liquid 24H Longwear SPF 15 Foundation

This foundation is full coverage, long wearing, and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin. This is my summer foundation because it feels lighter on the skin than the Double Wear and it has some sunscreen in it.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay In Place

The most full coverage foundation I have ever tried. It makes your skin flawless and porcelain. It can be a little heavy though, so apply lightly. You can sweat, cry, and sleep in this foundation and it could still look good.

Too Faced Love Flush Blush in Baby Love

A mauve-y pink color that is suitable for everyday use. I am usually wearing this or some combination with this every day It is a matte blush but there’s no need for more shine once you add the Amrezy Highlighter.

Amrezy Highlighter

I can not get over this highlighter. First, the packaging is so perfect you hardly want to use it. Then, once you use it, you literally won’t want to stop. I apply this with a fan brush to the tops of my cheekbones and then take a smaller brush to do my nose, my cupids bow, inner corners of my eyes, and under my brow bone. A little goes a long way. *These sell out so fast! Keep checking back and if you can get your hands on this..do it!

Morphe Setting Spray

This setting spray is actually more affordable than most. It sprays out in a super fine continuous mist unlike other setting sprays that come out in big thick droplets. I really feel like the product reaches every part of my face and makes my makeup last longer. It also has a delicious scent.

Benefit They’re Real! Mascara

I’m on my 5th bottle of this mascara and it will not be my last. They’re Real! is not waterproof but it sure seems like it. I’ve slept in this mascara on more than one occasion and woken up with perfect eyelashes still in place. I’ve also gone swimming wearing this and it smeared only the slightest tiniest bit. I took a break to test out Benefit’s Roller Lash for a while and while I really liked Roller Lash, They’re Real! seems to make my lashes look darker, thicker, and stays put much longer.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz

I’ll be the first one to tell you, I’m not great at doing eyebrows. This product makes it so easy even I can make them look good! It has a very fine tip which makes it perfect for making quick natural looking brows. I use the shade Taupe.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

Like brows, I am not the best at eyeliner either. I may never perfect the winged liner look, but I’m okay with that! This liquid liner is great for beginners. It’s not streaky, goes on perfect with one stroke, and has the perfect tip for creating thick or thin lines. Not to mention, this stays put like glue.

Lips

Mac Matte Lipstick in Velvet Teddy

Although, not the most long-wearing lipstick, this is my go-to for every day. The color is a nice pinky nude that is so easy to wear with any look.

Smith’s Rosebud Salve

I am not a huge lip junkie; which is probably because I eat too much and reapplying is way too much work! Add my chronic chapped lips, and lip balm is usually what I gravitate to every day. My favorite product is the Smith’s Rosebud Salve because it looks and feels like a lipgloss! It’s not too sticky and it moisturizes well. I have tried most of their flavors and they are all great. This is probably been my longest living holy grail product. I’ve gone through so many of these. (They can also be used on your hands or other dry areas!) If you want an everyday product that enhances your natural lips, check this out. They also come in cute little tins.
